Return/Replacement policy

We hope you love your toy purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will provide a replacement.

2. Wrong/damaged product received

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will replace it. To claim a replacement, you must record an uncut unboxing video immediately upon receiving the parcel. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Claims must be made within 2 days of receiving the item. We will provide a replacement based on the item and the nature of the damage. To prevent fraudulent claims, we have implemented necessary measures and appreciate your cooperation.

Valid claims include:

  • The item was damaged during transit.
  • There is a manufacturing defect.
  • A wrong item was delivered.

You must courier the received product back to us. We recommend packing the product in the same condition as received to ensure a smooth replacement process.

For the return shipment fee, we will reimburse Rs. 60 per kg. Please use India Post or any other reliable courier service for return shipping.

3. Refunds

If your order is confirmed but we are unable to ship the product (e.g., due to stock unavailability), we will issue a refund, which may take 5-7 working days to process.
