1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within one business day. Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volume, there may be slight delays, and additional transit time may be required for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time varies based on your location and the selected shipping method. We ship through DTDC, ST Courier, India Post, and other leading courier companies.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
4. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship only within India and do not offer international shipping.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If the product is damaged or lost during shipment, we will offer a full or partial refund or replacement, depending on the item and the extent of the damage. To claim damages, an uncut unboxing video is required, and all claims must be submitted within two days of delivery.
8. Cancellation
